School Resource Officer
Please fill out your child's emergency card ONLINE this school year. The card is available after you log on to Skyward Family Access. Detailed instructions for completing the emergency information on line can be found on the Home page of the District website, on the left hand side.
The information on this card is vital for school nurses to have in the event your child becomes injured or sick at school. The permission for the dispensing of Tylenol or Ibuprofen is also on the form.
If you do not have Skyward Family Access please sign up in the office of the school your child(ren) attend(s). A paper copy of the emergency card is available to be sent home by request through any of the school nurses.
